Voted to IndyChannel.com’s A-List – Best Barbeque in Indianapolis, Judge's Bar-B-Que has been getting high marks from diners since they opened for business in late 2002. Owner Judge Smith invites you to judge the tender meat that he uses to create his specialty sandwiches and savory ribs. This is one barbecue joint that offers much more than takeout service. The friendly atmosphere in the dining room is ideal for family dining, with large oak tables spread throughout the warmly decorated dining room. As you might expect from a barbecue joint, the ribs are the main draw. Available in half or full slabs, the tangy ribs are slathered in Judge's homemade sauce and served with baked beans, cole slaw and greens. If you prefer sandwiches, you can put just about any of Judge's meats on a bun. Side dishes make your meal complete and include familiar favorites like French fries, baked beans, cole slaw and mac and cheese.
