ELMHURST, Ill. -- The Summit League has announced that IUPUI junior volleyball player
Danielle Goodnight has been named to The Summit League First Team, while freshman

Goodnight, who led The Summit in assists with 10.80 per set, helped lead the Jaguars to a fourth-place finish in the conference. Her 648 assists in conference play were the most by any setter in The Summit in 2008.
The Martinsville H.S.-product was named Summit League Offensive Player of the Week on Nov. 17. Goodnight has the top three single-game assist totals in The Summit in 2008, posting 50 or more assists in six contests in 2008.
Through 30 contests, Goodnight has 1,163 assists, the eighth-best single-season total in IUPUI volleyball history.
The all-freshman honor for Reimbold comes after she finished second in The Summit with 3.73 kills in conference action. In 62 sets, the Carmel H.S.-product had 231 kills, the second-highest total in The Summit.
For the season, Reimbold finished with a team-leading 312 kills.
Goodnight and Reimbold helped lead the Jaguars back to The Summit League Tournament after a one-year hiatus, Goodnight, where IUPUI will be the No. 4 seed. IUPUI’s 16 wins are their most since the 2003 campaign.
